We would like to ask for our public's help for a cat that was in our store named Jacob. Long Beach Animal Care is still looking for a foster parent for him. He would remain under veterinary care with Long Beach ACS, and fostering would at least get him out the shelter. He's a loving Himalayan cat with diabetes. Don't forget that the sound from fireworks may upset your dog and/or cat. Get some calming aids such as CBD treats or oils. We sell Suzies and Koi brands. We also have Quite Moments by NatureVet which uses ingredients such as Chamomile, L-tryptophan and Melatonin. Leaving lights on and turning on some calming music may also help.

We have a groomer! Welcome Jessica who wowed us with her experience and expertise. Her tester dog wouldn't let anyone touch his face and the owner wanted the hair around the eyes and muzzle trimmed. Jessica showed tons of patience and actually completed the job with praise from the owner. We are excited to have her join us.
Call for an appointment. Available Sun thru Wed and alternate Sat. She will have more availability as grooming picks up again.
