Welcome Dr. Jennifer Wammock to Our Team! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Wammock will be joining us starting July 8th! 🎉 Dr. Wammock brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our practice, and we couldn't be more excited to have her on board.

Dr. Wammock grew up in Bakersfield and attended U.C. Davis. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology, graduating magna cm laude. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2007. Dr. Wammock looks forward to creating lifelong relationships with both her clients and their animals. Her professional interests include preventative medicine and infectious diseases.

When she is not caring for our furry family members, Dr. Wammock enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and gardening. Most importantly, she loves binge-watching movies and TV shows with her two cats, Jenny and Binky.

Please make sure your pets have enough food and medication to make it through the long weekend without us. We will be open 7am-7pm this week (Monday-Friday) to help you process any refill needs. We'll resume our regular business hours Tuesday May 28th.

We've reached the final day of celebrating our Client Service Representatives 🥹. We're sad its over because spoiling our CSRs has made us all feel good!

Our final theme was "What the Fucculent Friday!" We set up a garden stand in our back yard and provided supplies for each of our CSRs to design their own succulent arrangement in a beautiful hanging planter they can take home. They were each able to take a break from their busy day, visit the garden stand, and soak in some sunshine while flexing their creative muscles and caring for their new plant babies.

Our Client Service Representatives have one of the toughest jobs and they bear it with love, patience, and a tremendous amount of strength and resourcefulness. We hope you enjoyed following along as we showered them with as much gratitude as we could squeeze into the week.

Alex, Ingrid, Rochelle, Amy, and Genesis... YOU ARE THE BEST CSR TEAM! Our team is stronger because of you. We love you every day but this week we got to say it LOUD! Thank you for all you do!

💅Client Service Representative Appreciation Week Continues!💅

For today's CSR appreciation theme, we chose Therapeutic Thursday. We covered the phones again and sent the CSR team to get their nails done together. Fun fact: this was Ingrid's first pedicure EVER! WHAAAT?! We also gifted them each a neck & shoulders heating pad and Zoetis is buying them lunch from our favorite local Thai food restaurant, Manaow Thai.

We are having so much fun spoiling these ladies this week! Thank you for following along. Stay tuned for our final day, tomorrow. Any guesses about what the theme will be?

🍓🫐🥦Client Service Representative Appreciation Week Pt 3🥑🍑🍒

Today we continue to celebrate our Client Service Representatives, with Wellness Wednesday! For Wellness Wednesday, we stocked our freezer with frozen fruits, veggies, oats, and seeds. Lew at Purina provided supplies for a smoothie station that will live at our office year round, as well as beautifully personalized smoothy glasses for each of the CSRs. The delicious, healthy smoothies gave us all the energy and focus we needed to sail through the busy day.

One of our favorite clients, Jocie Beeal, even joined in the celebration! She's been following along with our social posts this week. Knowing that she had an appointment today for Jasper, she reached out to ask what the theme was for today, then brought our team a bag of lemons picked from her own tree and one of her favorite healthy recipes to use the lemons in. So, so, thoughtful!

🎈Client Service Representative Week celebrations continued today with "Take a Break Tuesday." 🎈

Today our laboratory partners at Antech Diagnostics, gifted each of our CSRs a Starbucks gift card. Thank you, Antech! Then our manager Bonnie covered for each of them while they took an extra 30 minute break on the clock. It is not easy to get these hard-working ladies to take a break! We had to pry the phones from their hands and shove them out the door... not really, but the photos are more fun with that narrative 😅.

Thank you for the outpouring of love and appreciation you shared in our comments yesterday! We really appreciate all of our amazing clients and your support of our CSR team is very touching. 🥰

🥳 It is Client Service Representative Week! 🥳

We will be celebrating our amazing team all week long, with a special theme each day! These ladies answer thousands of phone calls each week from concerned pet parents and they work with our medical teams to make sure all needs are met as quickly as possible. They are the glue that holds us all together. They care deeply about our clients and our patients, and this week we are making sure they know how grateful we are for all they do.

Today's special theme is "Mindfulness Monday." They each received gifts to encourage self reflection and fortitude (including the cutest little origami animals, folded with love by our own Dr. Abel.) Dr. Perrault also worked through the weekend to surprise the team with a newly renovated, private corner of our backyard for them to relax and reset during their breaks.

Alex, Ingrid, Roe, Amy, and Gen... We are SO LUCKY you chose to join our team! We see how much you care and how hard you work. Thank you!!
