Red. 7 month old male Border Collie.
Red is very sweet but a little shy. He is hesitant to make new friends, but with some patience and time he will realize your his friend. Once he trusts you he is sweet affectionate and wants to bond.
Red will be best suited with a quiet family without young children or lots of visitors. He will benefit with somone willing to patiently introduce him to new people and places.
Red gets along well with other dogs, is playful and would benefit greatly from having another dog 8n the household to help him with his confidence.
Sweet, submissive, not high energy.

Finley

Finley is smart and social. Loves attention, follows well off leash. He is learning to come when called and sit for attention without jumping up. He is also doing well with crate training and house rules.

A sweet boy, can be a little shy at first, soft and submissive with people temperment. Can be a little more assertive with other dogs. Medium drive and playful. Comes well when called, loves the attention.
Perfect home would will need patience to get him comfortable but not coddling to build confidence. Should be a great hiking and adventure dog. D

Small children may be overwhelming for him, although he does love to be close in contact and snuggle with me. Just like his dad Baloo he will "melt" into the floor for attention. Despitehisinitialshyness, he is aplayfulboy, loves toys andfree runs in theyard with Jasper.

Update: Jinx's Embark profile (DNA) came back all clear except for 1 copy of the ALT varrient (minor and common in BC's)
This is awesome news and i will be very excited to have puppies with her next year!
Jinx is a grand daughter of Rosie and Reese, the foundation of my program.

Update: after a good 2 hours of off leash play with several of my pack, Willow is sacked out on the office floor by my side. I think shes going to be fine with other dogs, as long as they are not over energetic themselves.
She dies have a habit of over enthusiastic greeting, but a few of my crew put her in her place and she is learning quickly to be more polite.

Female black tri with brindle points. Born in November. Parents are Onyx and Baloo.

Her owner tried hard but was unable to manage a ( typical) young energetic BC.
She is a happy girl, a little undersocialized but is warming up to me very quickly. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines and healthy.
She sits on command. Her recall is not good when she's distracted. She needs an owner who is firm but fair and has time to devote to obedience training and excercise. She's a typical busy young dog, smart and mischievous at times. She does have a herding instinct and will nip at people's heels. Hard to catch when she gets loose, I would say this is due to never having a chance to go for a good run. No young children, she has a very bad habit of jumping on people. Fenced and safe yard is a must so she can have a chance to be off leash and active (which she has not had in previous home).
She loves bully sticks and is a big chewer according to previous owner.

Oreo
12 weeks, black and white male
Neutered. $900
Oreo had to have a few stitches in his leg yesterday. Due to being under full anesthesia for the surgery which involved removing some dead tissues (leg will heal fine and fur will cover any scar) he was also neutered as recommend by my vet. This way he is only under once and done.
Ready to go in a week after healing and off antibiotics. He is on crate rest ATM so will be familiar with crates when ready to go
He is such a sweet boy and has done very well with all the handling of his wound, e-collar, confinement and taking medication. He will be an awesome family dog with a chill temperament who can tolerate anything!

Summer puppy announcements!
Briar has been bred to Baloo for a 6/16 litter. Their pups from last years litter turned out fantastic!
Anyone want to share their babies pictures?!
Waiting list is open for deposits. Pups will be ready to go at 8-10 weeks, aprox mid to late August.

BARK AT YOUR DOG TIC TOK CHALANGE

Once again social media is leading people to follow all the other mice over the cliff. Bark at your dog is, to put it simply, quite stupid. At some point, probly already has happened, someone is going to loose their face, go to the ER where the dog bite will be reported.
It's not the dogs fault that their human makes bad choices. It's not their fault they are startled and defensive.
At the very least the dog may bite or scratch at the owners face and leave some pretty painful wounds.
Please, just do t!
