For parents looking to accommodate their children this summer while school is out, summer camp is an excellent experience. Our Lionheart Stables’ Summer Sessions continue to teach both new and recurring riders year after year. Though we incorporate both social and fun activities, we as well work towards giving our riders the opportunity to learn responsibility as a rider and animal caretaker and to be educated upon new topics. Our riders enjoy the opportunity to spend time with fellow riders in their age range who later become friends, learn helpful work ethic, and enjoy fun times in the beautiful, outdoor scenery!
Lionheart Stables is a full service equestrian facility located in the heart of picturesque Long Valley, New Jersey. Our facility hosts incredible amenities and opportunities for beginner riders to advanced competitors. We have the ability to host both young and older riders, recurring or returning clientele, from those looking to advance up the levels to competition or looking for a new, fun activity. Our widely-known lesson program is consecutively growing, with new riders each week and incredible horses. Summer Sessions doesn’t need to be your child’s only time to ride, as our lesson program runs all year and has plenty of availability to accommodate you and your family when it best fits into your schedule! No matter your experience level, ability, or interests, we are proud to welcome you upon our team.
Our amenities include, but are not limited to:
🦁Indoor Arena fully equipped with Footing First LLC custom footing, designed for the top rider and horse pairings. Our indoor arena is located central to the main barn, and remains climate controlled all season long
🦁Outdoor Arena, Grass Grand Prix Field, On-Property Trails, and On-Property Access to Townwide Columbia Trail
🦁Climate-Controlled Bathrooms, Tack Room, and Viewing Lounge, as well as heated wash stalls
🦁Climate-Controlled Traveling Tack Trailer for our long competition days
🦁Two incredible trainers that boast years upon years of experience in disciplines from Hunter/Jumper to Dressage to Western Pleasure. Both have grand experience riding and competing, breaking and training young horses including OTTBs, and training riders of all levels. Our trainers have availability seven days a week, at nearly all times of the day, and the ability and aspirations to bring you to the level you wish to be at
🦁Over twenty-five show quality horses available to be ridden both at home and in the show rings. All of varying size that are safe, talented, and incredibly experienced, hoping to help you achieve that next level
🦁All horses are in a well-organized athletic program, with top care, appropriate nutrition plans, regular turnout, and great behavior
🦁Riders have the ability to ride a great variety of horses to test their skill and try new things all while learning amongst the best
