We are excited to Announce our 2026 Dates for our Open Horse Shows and Gymkhanas Series!! Please consider joining us next year for ANOTHER memorable season! We have plans to upgrade the ground and add on to our already growing Open Horse Shows!

Memberships are available for Individuals at $35.00 and Families at $45.00. Requirements for members to qualify for year-end awards are as follows:
*Must attend 4 monthly meetings if a returning member (3 for new members). Qualifying meetings are held January - September.
*Must obtain 8 total volunteer hours per competing member (3 hours for leadline members) to be obtained during the show and gymkhana season. We offer LOTS of opportunities to volunteer at all our events and even include community service opportunities and parades. Parents of competitors are allowed to get hours that will count for their children as well.
*Must be in good standing and have no outstanding debt owed to JSC at the time points are earned.
*Must compete in a minimum of 3 shows or gymkhanas and must compete in at least 2/3rds of the classes offered at the event.

Last night we had an AMAZING turnout to our October meeting!!

Our chili cookoff was one for the books!! We had 7 entries and all of them were VERY DELICIOUS!! We thank everyone who contributed and took the time to make their chili and bring it for all.of us to enjoy!! Our placings went as follows:

Spiciest: Eve Devereux

3rd place: Jared Fender

2nd place: Cody N Cadie Huffaker

1st place: Casey Goree

Good evening, Johnstown Saddle Club members. This is a reminder that our Annual Club Meeting is this upcoming Saturday October 4th 6 pm at Grace Place in Berthoud. This Annual meeting is offering a Chili Cookoff with prizes being awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Our Last events for our Buckle Series Open Horse Show and our Saddle Series Gymkhana were on Sept 6th and 7th. We were honored to have a past JSC competitor who happens to also be a very talented photographer come out to capture these special moments to wrap up our 2025 season. Laura Sheets of LNS Photography was nice enough to come out for BOTH days of events!!
