I got to do something really special last week on our Chandler route. I saw these two Bostons running in the street just off of HWY 31, and I scooped them up, contacted their owners, and reunited them. Blue and Ellie Mae were able to make it back home because their owners kept up to date and clear contact information on their collars! Please take the time to make sure your pets tags have your contact information on them!

Hello all!

Firstly, I want to thank you for your continued support, and want to wish you all a Merry Christmas, and a wonderful holiday season in general.

Second, I wanted to make everyone aware of some back-end billing changes we will be making, effective January 1st, 2025. In a business that deals in a great number of transactions, at relatively low price points, we are at the mercy of transaction fees, from our payment partners. This year alone, we've made over 3900 visits, almost all of them creating a separate invoice, and transaction fee. Each transaction consists of a flat fee, and a percentage of the overall invoice total. While there's nothing we can do about the percentage, the flat fee associated with each transaction is one we are trying to lessen.

I refuse to pass on any transaction fees to you, the customer, and we are not doing sweeping price increases due to inflation. Instead, we are opting to move our billing and payment structure from a post-visit invoice, to a monthly pre-payment system for all customers. There are many customers already enrolled as a monthly pre-pay, and nothing changes for them. For all customers, your billing will shift to this monthly pre-payment schedule at the turn of the year, with your first invoice being sent out January 1, 2025, which covers the month of January.

It is imperative for me to let you know that the average cost per visit IS NOT INCREASING, we are simply averaging out the cost of visits, monthly. Details have been emailed to every existing customer, and all new customers will be enrolled in this monthly pre-payment structure as well.

All existing customers have received an email further outlining information regarding this change, so make sure you read the email!
