Our a/c isn't enough to keep the dogs cool, so we will have the water going this week. Please bring a towel or blanket for your car in case they are still wet at pickup!

Lately, we feel like people expect us to be 20 people who can get everything done at the drop of a hat. *There are 6 of us TOTAL at the moment. We aren't like big places where 60+ dogs to 1 human is normal. *We will take longer to respond because we focus on the pets people are entrusting us with. We do not always have a receptionist to get replies done.
*It is extremely difficult to have a phone conversation when you are surrounded by dogs.
*Our trainer and e-collar training dogs are the only ones touching an e-collar. There will NEVER be one put on a dog other than that.
*We will tell you the truth of how your pet did. We don't want pets stressed and uncomfortable to just fill a spot. We will tell you if they played. We will tell you if they got injured or are sick. We will tell you if something is off.
*Lastly, you never know what someone has gone through that day, show compassion always ❤️

Keep Them Indoors: Close windows and curtains to muffle the noise and prevent them from running away.

Identification is Key: Make sure your pets have up-to-date ID tags and microchips in case they do escape.

Our foster cats decided to break our phone system while letting them roam. Our phones stopped working sometime today and we didn't notice. Sorry for the inconvenience while we get a new land line working.
