I am will be offering a bread making class in January! We will go over yeast and sourdough basics. If you would like to take this class or gift your loved one with a class coupon let me know! Ok now taking orders for frozen Thanksgiving dinner rolls! They will be "brown and serve" so will come with instructions to have fresh out of the oven dinner rolls!

I have elderberry syrup - not shelf stable but keeps in fridge a month or 2. It's made with cloves and cinnamon and raw honey. $15 for a jar. Great for this cold season!

With an early freeze projected, last night I ran out and picked the last dahlias and zinnias of the year! Then it dipped into the 20's so it's a good thing I saved these blooms! Hello winter weather! What are you looking forward to this late fall/ winter? I'm looking forward to lots of baby snuggling, doing some organizing and canning the produce I have in the freezer!
