What a Paw🐾some morning!!
First, I want to thank each and every one of our amazing customers! We have grown tremendously this last 3 years and it’s all because of you !🙌🏼..Thank You!
Next, I just wanted to go over a couple things that we need to address ….
We are an amazing facility that, as one of our options, offers the only true cage free experience for your dog(s) where (if they pass evaluation) will not be caged, ever at our place . We also have the largest play yards in the area. I believe and most our customers believe these to be positive things about our place . However, because the yards are so large, we chose to keep them all natural. But with that comes advantages and disadvantages. A disadvantage would be , it can certainly be muddy when raining and sandy when dry . So that could equal, a dirty doggie ! The doggies don’t mind and they love to have all this space to run and play, they truly have such a blast!
Also being cage free , the dogs love to play and chase with all their buddies. But again , with that, your dog may end up dirty, smelly or with mats in their hair. These are signs that your pup played hard and had a great time !
We understand this can be frustrating as well . You drop a clean dog off to pick up a dirty one . Unfortunately, the only way to avoid this is keeping them from playing with other dogs and keeping them in our small play yard during their breaks .
But luckily we do have other options for you !
We do offer a few exit bath packages ..It’s best to sign up for the bath for the day they leave so that they can come home smelling good and looking their best!
So please let our staff know you will want an exit bath prior to picking them up .
Last, it’s that time of the year where not only us humans get sick, but so do our furry friends! We are strict on our vaccines policy, so all dogs here are updated on all their vaccinations which includes, Bordetella, (kennel cough), which is the most common sickness a dog will get from other dogs.. But just like the flu, there are many strains . So can your dog still get kennel cough at our facility, YES! It’s just like sending your child to daycare and them coming home with a runny nose . But I can assure you we take every precaution available to avoid germs being spread and we sanitize Daily. So we do our best to keep sickness at bay.
If you ever have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out !
