*On Hold*

One of the hardest posts I have to make and my heart is broken, this isn’t easy and going to be long post. This is the second incident in two months, and I still can’t believe that yesterday was real but I need to find missy moo a new home 💔😭

She has always been fine with all the dogs until Oakleys been out and part of the family more since I lost bubba and Cali last summer. I’ve always kept them separate, I rotate them throughout the day. Oaks out with us and Missy/Mac are in the backyard & gated off in the kitchen.
Graduation weekend, somehow when I went out to check the mail Missy/Mac unlocked the gate and got out and there was a fight when I walked back in, I was home alone but able to get everyone separated safely, minus the fact that I took the brunt of it.

Well last night, I did my usual rotating and was upstairs in my room, we have a balcony off our bathroom that the dogs usually hang out on (never have ever had an issue before) next thing I knew Missy had jumped through the wood posts on our 2nd story balcony onto Oakley who was out in the backyard 😭 there’s no stairs off the balcony so I ran as fast as I could through the house out back not knowing what I was going to run into 😭 Thankfully oak was holding Missy down and not hurting her but while I was trying to get Missy safely out from under Oakley, they both kind of went for eachother but I don’t think either one has any big injuries. I got some battle wounds again but that’s the least of my worries. I love Missy so much and she love me and Mac Mac so much but I cannot risk her, she obviously has NO fears.

She does good with male dogs, I would say no female dogs, no indoor cats, BUT she is great with anyone that will love on her. She would be perfect for someone that’s home alot and loves snuggles, she would also love to run errands and be someone’s sidekick. She loves being held/carried like a baby.

Serious inquiries only please 🙏🏻 Rehome fee will be a spay contract signed by both parties, she will need to be scheduled as soon as possible as she has irregular heat cycle and contract is to be upheld.

Her birthday is next week, I believe she will be 4

I will be picky where she goes and will “interview” those interested.

I’d not be opposed to a house with a cat if they were not left unsupervised as she will chase after our cat if they get the chance

‼️ FYI the toxic blue/green algae has been found at Willow Grove. We were there today and safety guys from the Port of Longview came and told us to stay out of the water. It’s coming from up river so all waters before Willow Grove have it. Do Not take your dogs to the Columbia, it’s highly toxic to them and will kill them if exposed.‼️ it’s probably in most waters in the PNW so please stay safe & keep your babies safe too!!

This beautiful girl is looking for a home after one of her owners faces a terminal illness. The family could not continue to provide for her care, so they made the selfless but heartbreaking decision that they needed BHNW's help. She is relatively healthy, with the usual age-related arthritis joint at her age. She is house and crate-trained. Her owners describe her as very loving, playful, attentive, loves kids, and gentle.

While she tolerates other dogs most of the time, she does not want to share her space with another dog, so if you had a visitor, you would want them to leave their dog at home or secure her in her crate while the other dog was present to prevent any negative interaction.

Cannot thank enough & we definitely recommend Gentle Paws - Mobile Nail Trims for coming to the house for mama oak, Mac and missy💅🏼

The dogs did a lot better than I expected and their nails are much better! Oaks nails were way worse than I’d like to admit or show 🫣 Please know she’s having the itchy licking bulldog paw issues, but look how good her nails look after & they just took such good care of her!

If you have doggies in Longview and surrounding areas that do not like nail trims, please give them a try!!! I still cannot believe they got all 3 dogs done and successfully dremeled the frenchies!!

Looking for a permanent home for an almost 3 year old neutered male French bulldog. He has a high pray drive and I would not recommend a house with cats unless he is watched closely. He has brought opossums in the house to play with on a few occasions but he didn’t hurt them😂 He is a sweet boy. Does well with children and female dogs.
