Meet Lana!

Many of you have had the joy of meeting Lana, the sweet husky who spends her days hanging out with our CSR team up front. We thought it’d be heartwarming to share her story with you!

Lana originally had a wonderful owner who adored her but was facing significant medical challenges of her own. With Lana’s need for intensive care from a veterinary ophthalmic specialist due to severe glaucoma in both eyes—leaving her completely blind—her owner made the incredibly difficult decision to surrender her to us.

Thankfully, one of our team members stepped in and adopted Lana, ensuring she could get the specialized care she needs while living a happy and love-filled life. Now, Lana comes to work with us every day, charming clients and patients alike with her playful spirit and gentle demeanor.

Despite her blindness, Lana doesn’t let anything slow her down! She’s always excited to meet and greet, whether it’s wagging tails or curious whiskers. The next time you visit, be sure to say hello and give her a pat—she absolutely loves the attention! 💕
