3 easy tips to raise more and healthier worms!
1. Don't overfeed your worms. Worms eat about 1-2 times their body weight per week in scraps depending on temperature and bedding conditions. If you go to feed and still see a lot of old food, then skip a week.
2. Don't overwater your worms. Your bedding should feel like a damp sponge. If you squeeze a handful you shouldn't get more than a few drops of water at most.
3. Don't overcheck your worms. Worms don't like to be bothered. They will do just fine on their own. Gently fluff their bedding once a week when you feed them and leave them alone the rest of the time.
