Friends and Family: ARE YOU INTERESTED IN A **FREE** DNA TEST FOR YOUR DOG?

Panorama Pet Hospital is partnering with Embark to help further research on dog genetic health and breed ancestry testing. As a thank you to our clients, Embark is offering free DNA testing for qualified dogs. The only criteria are: 1) a known birthdate and 2) no current oral infections or masses.

The event will be held at our hospital at 14519 Arminta St. in Panorama City on Saturday, 3/25 from 1-5pm.

If you would like to enroll in the study, please fill out the following survey for each of your dogs that may qualify. If accepted, you will be emailed a link to an online appointment scheduler from [email protected]. Time slots are available every 15 minutes.
