He is the ⚡️ energetic and 💨 speedy 😍 Turbo (6-month-old Chihuahua mix) I think he has the best 👍 name because it describes him perfectly, he is full of 🤩 energy, I had to play the video twice to get a glimpse of it 😅 better.
