Thanks to my Facebook family, I just found out it's National Pet Day! That's really exciting! Here is a picture of my two rescues--Lola the German Shepard (4yrs old) and Dexter the pitbull mix (9yrs old). I've said it once and I'll say it many more times, I believe rescues make the best pets.
