We pray for those who find themselves in the midst of life’s storms, feeling overwhelmed and seeking solace. May Your presence bring the peace that surpasses all understanding, anchoring their hearts and minds amidst the turmoil. Please Lord help all those that are burdened by the Fires.

Guide them to a place of trust in You, where fear is replaced by faith, and chaos is calmed by Your soothing spirit. Remind them that no storm is too great for You to handle, and that in Your hands, they can find safety and serenity.

Happy Tuesday Friends & Family!

I’m thrilled to share a valuable lesson I recently learned the hard way! When you undergo major surgery, it’s crucial to respect the six-week healing process. Doctors know best, and it’s essential to listen when they advise you to relax and take it easy!

I learned this lesson firsthand after having a major surgery with an 8-inch incision on my back ..The surgery was November 21st . I heal really fast & I was Feeling great, I ignored the doctor’s orders and went running – only to have my stitches burst open on Friday the 13th! Thankfully, my amazing plastic surgeon was able to repair the damage, and I’m now on the road to a full recovery.

This experience has taught me to prioritize my health and listen to medical professionals. For now, I’m taking it easy, sticking to just walks, and eagerly awaiting the day I can get back to intense workouts!

A huge thank you to everyone who’s been sending love, prayers, and positive vibes my way. I’m grateful for your unwavering support and can’t wait to share my future fitness adventures with you all!
