Maltese dog refers both to an ancient variety of dwarf canine generally associated with the island of Malta and to a modern breed of dog in the toy group. The contemporary variety is genetically related to the Bichon, Bolognese, and Havanese breeds. The precise link, if any, between the modern and ancient species is not known. Nicholas Cutillo suggested that Maltese dogs might descend from spitz-type canines, and that the ancient variety probably was similar to the latter Pomeranian breeds with their short snout, pricked ears, and bulbous heads. These two varieties, according to Stanley Coren, were perhaps the first dogs employed as human companions.
The modern variety traditionally has a silky, pure-white coat, hanging ears and a tail that curves over its back, and weighs up to 3–4 kg (7–9 lb). The Maltese does not shed. The Maltese is kept for companionship, for ornament, or for competitive exhibition

This adorable litter of Maltese puppies was born on August 3. They are AKC registered and microchipped. Sire weighs 8 pounds and Dam weighs 7 pounds. Both are on site. These puppies have had their dewclaws removed as well. They will be vet checked will be given their first puppy vaccinations and dewormings. They’re well socialized and are great with kids and other dogs! They’re playful, sweet, and outgoing. They love to be held and cuddled and enjoy being with people! Please text or call for a video. We have 1 lovely boy and 3 sweet girls with gorgeous little eyes and snow like white coat. They are very playful, happy and eat very well. 🐾

We are looking for serious and loving homes for them as they deserve the best. ❤️

The father is AKC registered with 6 champions in his bloodline, we have all his certificates. 📝

The parents are two lovely souls that are very sweet, loving and caring with all their vaccinations,microchips and health checks up to date !🩺

We do ask for a 10% non refundable deposit to reserve them, we do it on a first come first served basis. 🤗

Puppies will NOT be AKC registered.

All of them will be ready with their vaccinations, health check, deflead and dewormed !! 🩺

Alsoin addition they will each have their own small bag of food so they can settle easier in they new loving home.💕
