A good friend of mine has two tickets for the 2024 Super Bowl, 50-yard line box seats. He paid $8,500 each but he didn't realize last year when he bought them, it was going to be on the same day as his wedding.

The East Los Angeles Classic’s,
“Beef Bowl” with Garfield and Roosevelt was held this afternoon at Steven’s Steakhouse.
Art Estrada(GHS) and Lynn Cain(RHS) were the Guest Speakers.
Crystal Aceves sang the National Anthem and Mike Flores was the Master of Ceremonies ! It was attend by Families of the Players and Alumni from both Schools.

The Game and Lot H are sold out.
But the Central Ticket Office, is saying that the parking in Lot H is on a first come first spaces. They are going to permit people with General Parking Passes (Zero Permits) to park in Lot H. Why were Season ticket holder encourage to buy tickets a month earlier. Lot H sold out, General Parking permits should be directed to other lots… Call UCLA and file a Complaint with them.
(310) 825-2946. I promise that if Lot H is filled by anyone without a LOT H pass, I will cancel my Season Tickets for next year and in the future. Please make the same threat!

If you are concerned with the decision on voting for or against Prop 27 or Prop 26? Look at the Tribes supporting Prop 27.
Most of those Tribes have NO Casinos on their Reservations.
The 51 Tribes opposing Prop 27 are Tribes with Casinos on their Reservations. (The Tribes of Millionaires!) Many of these Tribes have a history Disenfranchising many of their BIA Registered Members. They claim that these individuals don’t have enough Native Blood. Yet, many that are been removed from Tribe Roles. Are from the same families as Tribal Leaders and Members of the Tribes Council that Kicked Out their “Own Blood Relatives”.
This Prop is not about the Welfare of Children learning or they Gambling On-Line. It is NOT about out of State Business making all the money with On-Line Betting.
It’s about the Casino Indians kept the wealth for themselves. Remember that many of California Indian Casino are in business with Out of State Casino Industries, eg: Harrah’s Rincon Casino or Pechanga Casino?

If you were at Garfield HS during the 1960s you may remember a Health Teacher, named Larry Morgan. He was very influential in the lives of many of his student. Mr Morgan left Garfield and moved to North San Diego County. Where continued to teach and settle down with his wife Ms Riley, another former Garfield Teacher. The Great Spirit and Creator called for Mr Morgan. May He Rest In Peace and Our Condolences to his Wife and Family. “Once a Bulldog, always a Bulldog “!
