vate home dog boarding service is especially ideal for active (but well behaved) dogs who need more exercise than the average dog daycare facility typically provides. We go above and beyond to ensure our doggie guests are happy, healthy, and safe. We have experience in animal behavior and are certified in Pet First Aid and CPR so you can rest assured your dog is in good hands. Denise has a background in nutrition and often cooks special treats for the doggie guests. While we do NOT normally separate dogs by size, our pack is friendly, well socialized and limited in size (we take in no more than 10 dogs at a time). Under no circumstances will we take dogs with aggression issues. I assure you, our dogs are lovers, not fighters. Happy Halloween! Stay safe guys! Keep candy out of reach and watch out for partially eaten candy and wrappers on the ground when you go for walks these next few days.

Halloween is right around the corner, and that means there's usually a little (okay, a lot) more chocolate around. You should never feed your dog any chocolate at all, and if they accidentally eat some, you should contact a vet right away.

That said, some kinds of chocolate are more dangerous than others—this infographic shows you how much of various types of chocolate it usually takes to harm a pup.

The bottom line: Your best bet is to always keep any foods with cocoa far away from your best friend.
