"I can't even express myself how I feel so lucky to have a place like this where I can drive to anytime.

I had to take my cat with kidney disease and she had to be hospitalized for 3 days.
They were watching her all day and all night and kept me updated every few hours with text messages at night and phone calls in day time if needed. And they sent me pictures too!

All the staff and doctors were so caring and helped with everything they could.
She got better and came home after 3 days and is doing much better.
Thank you so much. You guys are the best!!"

"All of the doctors, technicians and front desk staff were incredibly nice, helpful and knowledgeable. It took quite a while, but they were able to do X-rays, find our puppy's intestinal blockage and perform emergency surgery to remove it. I really appreciated the text updates and pictures of our dog when we weren't able to be with him. The only downside was that it was extremely expensive. Thank you TrueCare for helping save our puppy!"

Our Story

TrueCare for pets is a 24-hour animal emergency hospital located in the heart of La La land - Studio City, CA. We are known for our clinical skills but remembered for how much we care.

Previously known as Animal Emergency Centre, we have been serving the San Fernando Valley’s pets and their families for over 30 years. In 2018, we expanded our hours to 24/7 for emergencies. Now we’ve added more specialty services including surgery overseen by a board-certified veterinary surgeon - with more to come. Soon we will unveil our addition and remodel - a fresh, modern, and comfortable hospital that has state of the art equipment to care for pets at any hour of the day.

TrueCare for pets is the practice that gives pet owners and referring veterinary partners access to a new level of creativity and innovation in the delivery of care and service.
