While my dog is recovering from surgery, the front desk has been incredibly accommodating, indulging me in phone and photo/email check-ins just to give me peace of mind. The doctor herself is loving towards my dog every time, and everyone we work with seems to have reviewed our files before walking into the room, which I find incredibly professional and efficient - I don't have to fill anyone in on context or history. When a treatment or procedure is recommended, I feel they're upfront and honest about the necessity and risk, allowing me to make an informed decision rather than feeling pressured to say yes. They promptly fill subscriptions from online pharmacies, they move quickly on documentation requests. Everything is expensive these days, but from my experience the prices here are all pretty reasonable."

New 5.0-star Review: "This was the first time I had to take my four years old dog to a veterinarian due to illness. I was really nervous. Dr, Choi and her staff were very nice and reassuring. My dog had x-rays and a blood panel drawn. Plus, she was given medication there and for home. A couple of days later Dr Choi called me back with the results. My dog is feeling much better. I can't say thank you enough."

New 5.0-star Review: "I've been bringing my dog here since it opened. Lately I have noticed the staff is more organized. There is never a crowd in the lobby and our appointments have been running very smoothly. The doctor come in does the exam and they present you with an estimate of charges. You are not forced to do anything without your permission. I always get a call back with lab results, medical records are always sent with no issues. For me and my dog we have had nothing but a good experience with Dr Choi."

I have a cat who gets extremely anxious and scared by vets, to where he avoids, can't sit still, yowls and hisses, tries to run away, and gets defiant when vets give the yearly shots. The staff here were incredibly patient, understanding, and offered accommodations so it would be easier for me and my cat. The doctor was attentive, kind, gentle with interacting, and she answered my many, many questions. Very impressed by the professionalism and care shown by the staff here!"
