Did you know that some dogs can get too cold?
Although many healthy adult dogs cope well when the temperature drops, young puppies, and dogs who are old, unwell, or struggle to get around are more susceptible to the cold. Equally, dogs who have short or sparse fur, and those who are very lean can struggle too.
If your dog is at risk, consider providing a well-fitting, comfortable coat when the temperature drops below 7 Celsius (about 44 Fahrenheit), and always keep your puppy nice and warm, as they get cold really easily.
