Your pet’s p**p should ideally be firm and log-shaped, with a slightly segmented appearance but not fully broken into chunks. It should be easy to pick up without leaving a sticky residue on the ground. Similar to the human Bristol Stool Chart, pets have a p**p scoring system from 1 to 7 based on firmness. Healthy stools typically score a 2—higher scores indicate diarrhea, while a score of 1 suggests constipation.
