Update 8/15 We met up with Harley and her Dog Bossy who recently became homeless💔 Harley reached out to us (DR Doghouse Bully crew )asking for help with Bossy who was not feeling well so we got Bossy fecal tested and covered the cost that came back negative we think she was being fed table scraps that probably upset Bossy stomach and she is feeling better so that is good news we reached out to north valley caring services they offered safe parking but it’s been so hot out for Harley and Bossy to stay in a car all day Harley told us she was able to get a few nights at hotel through a church and we did a post asking for help to give Harley & her dog Bossy a few more days to keep her and bossy in the hotel for a few nights to keep them safe while Harley works on resources or a place to stay work Etc we got in Two donations $200 thank you Tracie and Annie ❤️❤️DR Doghouse Bully Crew rescue paid $180 of the Hotel stay to keep them housed until Friday Traci & Annie thank you again for sharing some much need love with Harley & Bossy ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 helping people with dogs in need of help $380 hotel $52 vet
Lennon from Nashville all stars was returned to us after being with her family for almost six years😭😭😭😭💔💔💔 for reasons that are not exactly clear but she is back under our care and we adore her even with the dedicated adoption protocol that we follow and finding the right family for our dogs that we take very serious we know the future is not certain this is very sad for us 💔💔sorry Lennon / Phoebe we love you and feel so sad that your family could not care for you anymore 💔 we will give her time to adjust and get to know her and then find this sweet girl her forever home ..please watch for all things Phoebe /Lennon thank you
Coco update what a miracle after being hit by a car and Morgan who called us saw coco rolling in the street after being hit this little guy has no life threatening injuries what a absolute miracle we did find out he has a extra rib 😂 learning more about coco and his family situation we are going to continue to try help them coco needs to neutered. chip and get shots we will work on that too Steve Morgan Micheal thank you for caring not only about Coco but Us DR Doghouse Bully crew rescue the work we do is not easy so the little support we get means a lot ❤️bill posted bill was $416 total raised so far $225 balance $191 that we paid any and all help is appreciated thank you #kindness #Humanity helping others in need
6/16/23 We have great news to share we got word today that Marcus and his grandma with the help of North Valley caring services were put into temporary housing today and will be a signed a counselors to help guide them in the right direction to hopefully find a more permanent situation thank you so much to everyone that stepped into help them we love you guys ❤️😘 496 is needed to keep Marcus and family in the motel until Friday morning we are in contact with north valley caring services who help the homeless community they are working on getting Marcus & family into temporary housing but we need a few more days so as of today Marcus Debra and tango have no place to go …https://gofund.me/5dfd9b31 Damon and I went by to meet Marcus a 22 year old who really could use some help and guidance. We learned that Marcus was raised in the foster system since he was a baby, and has been in and out of group homes his whole life. Marcus hasn’t had it easy and is really trying to better his life. He takes a bus to city walk daily for work as a line cook, he doesn’t do drugs and told us his mother passed away a few years ago and that his dad is in prison so the only support and family that Marcus has is his Dog Tango a 125 pound sweet pity and his senior grandmother who is disabled herself. We definitely felt the love they have for each other and Tango is so loved we can’t see him anywhere other then staying with them because he is part their family❤️Marcus told us he had his own place and was getting government assistance and things went south after the rent relief program was lifted from the pandemic. He said his rent when up and he was evicted leaving Marcus his grandma and Tango homeless. He’s been trying to stay a float through these hard times he said that LA family housing is willing to help with a deposit if he finds a place that will excepted them, but this is where the problem is. Marcus doesn’t have good credit that alone is a challenge
