My dog stayed at dog-e-den on sunset blvd hollywood ca while i travelled for the all in summit in Miami and i caught on we**am an employee abusing my dog. She was hitting his paws and spraying him with water which he hates. The large dogs were confined to a small space with nothing to sit on. The small dogs were in the large space and had a surplus of beds. The large dogs were agitated and upset yet she didnt offer comfort. Dogs were climbing the fence to escape. And the employee walked around in the small dog area with a dog sitting on her shoulder. Ignoring the large dogs until she started abusing my dog for the doggy slumber party they confined the large dogs to an even smaller space and only provided two beds for four large dogs. Guaranteeing that two dogs would not get a bed. No attendant in sight. I asked to speak to the manager when i picked him up and have yet to receive a call. Its not acceptable to advertise your facility as doggy day care and employees are inflicting stress on to an innocent animal. The employees need to be trained in how to provide care and use appropriate methods to redirect energy. What this person did was animal abuse. She wasnt even on the inside of the large dog area so she was not asking for a command just taking her agitation at working at a doggy day care out on my dog. My dog is family i was racked with guilt my entire trip.

Poor boy had plastic surgery on his eye - very delicate procedure for the removal of a growth from his waterline. Patient is expected to make a full recovery and there wont be noticeable difference to shape once swelling goes down.
