Happy Gotcha Day to my boy, Porter! What a sweet boy you’ve become over your first year here. Also a shout out to Paxton, which also came over from China at the same time. I love him and miss him dearly. I recently visited him at his home with his wonderful other mom, Rosie.

Happy Golden Retriever Day! It’s no secret that I am a big GR lover. Ever since the kids I babysat for showed up at my door when I was 12 with their GR puppy Sandy, I’ve been smitten. I’m currently on #4 & 5, Porter and Paxton, that I rescued from China last September. My heart still aches for my first, Kendry, and Preston & Kendall. Kiss a Golden today!

With great sadness I have to post the passing of the sweetest and fluffiest boy, Jackson. For 14 years I’ve care for this boy and have treasured every moment with him (except maybe when he would roll in the mud😝). He would always greet me with a special “I’m so excited to see you” bark and give me a gentlemanly bow. He was my girl, Kendall’s bestie, and they loved to wrestle and play together. He leaves behind his brother, Odin, who he loved and the best daddies, Michael & Chad, who loved him beyond measure or words. Our hearts are heavy with grief but know that Kendall greeted him and welcomed him at the rainbow bridge. 💔🌈
