We are deeply saddened by Minnie’s passing. We hope that Angel Brett and his friends gave Minnie a grand welcome at the other side of the Rainbow Bridge 🌈
It is with deep sadness and profound sorrow that we inform you of the passing of our precious pug, Minnie. She was 15 ½.
Minnie lived life to the fullest, even after she lost her brother and best friend Max almost three years ago. She had an infectious joy of life, or “joie de vivre,” and shared that joy with us, and everyone she met, every day. She remained the same happy, smart, self-confident, and feisty girl she was in her puppy days, throughout her life, and ultimately to the very end.
Minnie had various health problems related to old age which gradually became worse in recent weeks. She was under the care of some very talented veterinarians that probably played a large role in extending and improving the quality of her life. Nevertheless, her time had come and heaven now has a new pug angel. We know she is now running with Max on a fabulous beach somewhere.
Minnie, along with her brother Max, led an unusually full and active life that saw them travel throughout the country making countless friends, both four-legged and human. Minnie and Max’s relatively large following on social media has allowed us the unique pleasure of sharing their lives with others, while also helping to raise funds for various animal rescue groups. Minnie and Max did a lot of good in this life.
Going forward, we will be taking some time away to grieve, as well as to do some traveling. However, we do plan to continue updating the page, including posting some never-before-seen photos and videos. Eventually, we plan on doing it all again. We will always be “pug people.” goes on!
