Adopt, foster, volunteer, donate. And please spay/neuter and microchip your pet. It will help decrease the number of dogs and cats that wind up in the shelters.

Happy holidays to all.
We are so thankful to everyone who supports Pet Orphans. We are happy to announce that all our pets got fostered for the home for the holidays. It gives them all a few days out of the rescue. It gives the staff a few days off and it gives the fosters some additional love. And maybe some fosters will decide to adopt! Thank you so much!

Pet Orphans needs your help
This is King. He is a year and a half old. He is part boxer /cane Corso/ and pitbull. We have been trying to get him into a permanent or a foster home. He is a wonderful dog. He’s smart. He’s sweet and he’s good with all animals. He knows many commands as well. King came to us as an owner surrender and he came in very very thin. We were fortunate enough to get a very generous donation of food that would help his digestive system. We thank Lucy Pet for donating a few bags to get him healthier. He has now gained 20 pounds and feeling so much better. Here is what King needs. We need to get a few more bags of Lucy pet food and he needs to get adopted. We are trying to at least get him out for home for the holidays to give him a break from Pet Orphans even just for three days. It would make his life happier so if you could please help King by either donating Lucy pet food or fostering or adopting him we would appreciate it. We thank you for all your support and hope this holiday brings you love and peace.

Here is the little bio that I made for Enzo. He is seriously 10/10 perfect!!

Hey, my name is Enzo! I am a young, approximately 1-2 year old, neutered male American English Coonhound. I was found dumped in a field alone and became very skinny. When my foster mommy found me I was so excited I just jumped in her car! I am very calm and have low energy. I absolutely love other dogs, cats, and children of all ages. My current human brothers are 2 and 4 and I do not bump them but rather would snuggle them on the couch. I have two fellow foster dog siblings, a golden retriever and a GSP. I love them very much and have shown zero signs of aggression. I already am sleeping through the night in my crate and would love to snuggle you on the couch or in your bed all day! I have not shown any signs of food aggression toward my humans or fellow dog siblings either. I would make an excellent companion for any home!
