I am truly grateful for the heartfelt and meaningful results, such as the one below. It was an absolute pleasure working with such a wonderful person and being able to assist them through the sale of their home. I am thrilled that I could provide the support and guidance needed during this process. I am really grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of their journey. As their Realtor and Pet's Nanny, I will miss them both tremendously, but I do hope to visit once renovations are complete in Los Osos. Sabina, thank you for all your advice, help, moral and emotional support during the sale of the Varna house. I do so appreciate it and am thankful the deal is done. I know Chris would have appreciated it too moreover we both always were so grateful that our kitties had you as their Pet's Nanny. We never gave a second thought to their welfare while we were travelling thanks to you. Dash and I will miss you here in Los Osos and I hope you will come and visit sometime in the fall or winter, after my renovation is done!

Sabina Sayegh is one of the best realtors I have ever dealt with – she is calm and competent and so good at explaining everything about the selling process and the myriad paperwork. My late husband had bought our home through Sabina in 1994 and I used her services to sell this home in Sherman Oaks in early April 2024.

Sabina has excellent communication skills and those combined with her knowledge of the market and years of experience in real estate made it much easier to make decisions. Although the process can be a bit annoying from time to time, Sabina made everything go smoothly.

I also appreciated that Sabina had a cadre of people to do anything I needed -from staging to small repairs to trash removal and lastly to my actual move. And she is flawless at keeping the paperwork organized and moving forward. My previous purchases and sales had not been in California and had less than half the state and regulatory forms.

I recommend her unequivocally and would have her as my realtor again in a heartbeat – that said I’d be happy to have my last heartbeat in my new home!
