Happy 1st birthday to the best guy around. Technically early birthday.. he turns 1 y/o on Sunday. It’s crazy to believe you’ve been in my life that long.. but at the same time, it feels like you were already here, with me. You are such a stellar, handsome boy. We’re working towards our BH, and every other thing we feel like doing. He’s such a true dock diving boy, he lives for it. You’ve done everything I’ve ever asked for you and taken it in stride. Aster is learning how to exist in environments, she is learning how to cope and be OKAY with seeing other dogs, people, new smells, and so much more. She is trying her very best and is doing well. Aster does not do well with other dogs learning from her stay with us, so slowly figuring out her boundaries and how to read her is a gift everyday. ❤️

Beamer is with us on a 1wk B/T plan that includes Private Lessons. He and Bu are the Retriever boys. I snagged a photo of them being good and attentive boys for Jayce. 🥰

Henry went home yesterday! He did such a great job at showing all of the things he learned during his 3 week stay. Certain dogs you fall in love with when you train professionally, dogs will come and go, but some stick close to your heart. Henry was one of those - and boy do we miss him. He got an honorary pup cup when we were taking him home. ❤️ Love you Henry, best of luck on your adventures!

Jayce and Leo, the lil doodle boy working on some basic obedience, exposure and engagement! 🐶🐾 Leo went home yesterday and we’re looking so forward to seeing how he does!! He was with us on a 10 day board/train.

Look at this little lover! Meet Lucy, a 10 week old Pit bull. Shes with us four a 4 week puppy raising program. She’s the sweetest little girl!!

Co-existence is key. Especially for dogs who are insecure, resource to aggression with conflict, and generally hyper active/disengaged. Xena cannot settle for the life of her, but she did great today working on that with Jay. Henry could not come near another dog with any type of resources, or in general with another dog in his space without snapping or resorting to aggression with insecurity and conflict. Now he is making vast improvements after just a week!

Major resource guarder, Henry. No boundaries, super pushy, and rude.. lol. Typical punk. We’re doing some more co-existence work. ❤️ he's getting comfy. He and Buka were eating their own chews next to each other, when just a comfy of days ago no animal or person could approach him with a resource without him snapping, growling and lunging.
