Attention All Grooming Clients! ⚠️🚨✂️🐩
I have held off on implementing this for a while, but unfortunately I have no choice but to start implementing a cancellation fee for cancellations on grooming within 24 hours of your appointment. When you cancel an appointment it takes away my ability to provide for my family. If you cancel 24 hours or less before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the groom at your next appointment. If you cancel two appointments within 24 hours of your appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook. Thank you to all of my wonderful clients for your business and giving me a chance to provide quality service for your pups! 🐩💕🐾

What’s new this summer? In an effort to make it easier to schedule and more time efficient for me, I am requiring all my dog clients to be on a 4-8 week schedule. Not only is this important for your dogs skin and coat health, but it also gets them comfortable with the grooming process.
