Hand is a 12 year old gelding that’s been there done that. Everyone wants the good “red ranch horse” and here he is! A good hip and a cute head with the brains to match.

Hand came off of a working feed lot in Arkansas where he was purchased from an older gentleman whom I purchased from. He has worked cattle, been trail rode, and even hauled to some local fun shows! Hand is KID broke! That’s hard to say in today’s world but seriously I would put my newborn baby on him to let babysit all day. So if you’re looking for something to “teach” the kids how to ride I would say pick Hand! The saint this horse is, he’s worth his weight in gold.

AGAIN!! I can’t say enough great things about this guy! He may not be in your pocket all the time but he does secretly love all the attention. He will stand tied quiet all day, saddle and ride off, spin a cute spin, stands for the farrier, loves baths, and I may secretly sneak him a treat or 10! Ollie is a 7 year old dappled gray mule with the black points everyone ooos and ahhhs over. He’s a blast to ride and he has the looks to go with it. He’s sure footed and not scared of anything we’ve put him through.

This guy came off of a family farm and he is dog GENTLE! He’s the first to come to you and always wants the attention. He was started as a hunter jumper mule but standing at only 14 hands he wasn’t going to make the cut. There is absolutely no funny business with this guy. He saddles up quietly and will ride off just as you ask. He may give a funny holler every now and then but it’s quite cute! Ollie has been stalled and turned out and he does just fine in either scenario.

We’ve put Ollie through our program and he’s passed every test with flying colors. He is quiet on the trail, crosses water, goes through any thick Kentucky brush, and has even packed a calf to the barn. I would also say he would be super cute as a 4-H project or even a show prospect. He will walk/trot/lope on a loose rein and handles the arena atmosphere just fine! Ollie is young enough to make what you want of him and can last years to come.

Linda is a 14 yr old registered Appaloosa mare standing 14.2HH. Linda is a been there done that type of horse suitable for the whole family. She has had some cutting/reining training and has also pushed cattle in Texas. This mare is honest, sound, and sane. She’s one you can ride everyday or leave in a pasture for 6 months and be the same horse when you get her up to go ride. She is currently being used as a lesson horse for 4 year olds but she also gets used to work cattle on a weekly basis. Pence is 14.2-14.3hh, 13 yr old, Chocolate Rocky Mountain Gelding. Pence has been trail ridden in rough mountains and seen the rough country through several states. Pence is easy to catch, clip, bathe, tack up, load, and handle. He will walk on a loose rein, and he can move on out. He has a natural 4-beat gait and will gait smoothly for any rider! He will also neck rein and lope out. Pence has also been used for lessons, and my wife has ridden him at 37 weeks pregnant. He has been ridden around farm equipment, ATVs, over large noisy tarps, and had guns shot off his back.

EZ is a stout-built 15.3hh, 7-year-old, Beautiful Grulla Friesian X Gelding. If you want a horse that has seen it all and done it all… EZ is the one that you need! EZ was born and raised on a ranch in California, where he was used as a working horse around the ranch. Sorting, roping, and doctoring sick ones were part of his daily activities. He later moved on to work in a feedlot in El Paso, TX penning cattle, working the loading chutes, and riding the lot. We took him out two weeks ago on a ranch that was 550 acres and caught 38 cows and a bull that the owner couldn’t get rounded up. It was an all-day deal, so we left them penned up that night with intentions of loading them the next morning… the next morning, the corral was busted, and we had to go back out and spend two days catching them all again! We roped several out in the wide-open pasture and left EZ standing with them tied off to him. He is strong at the horn and will hold a big bull. Even when things don’t go as planned, such as when a rope got in between his legs, EZ stays composed and doesn’t freak out. There isn’t much that he hasn’t seen… big rough country has been his home… he has all of the life experiences anyone would want their next ranch or trail horse to have. EZ is very gentle to ride, fancy, one hand broke, lopes very nice circles, slide stops, and will open/shut gates. He has all of the buttons but is always gentle when under saddle. He will cross creeks, ditches, and logs and navigate rough, rocky areas. He is a confident horse on the trails and will lead the crew, head out alone or follow behind without issues! GLD Starbert Mollie is a beautiful Buckskin mare standing 15hh, with a star and 4 little white socks. She is registered AQHA and is a 2016 model. Mollie has done it all from Ranch to Trails and playdays well. She knows her way around a barrel pattern but is slow and easy on the trails. Check out this big, beautiful, unique Palomino Overo, registered APHA gelding we call Duke. This horse stands 16-16.1hh hands tall, is a 2013 model and is extremely stout. Duke has excellent confirmation that is well balanced with heavy bone and muscling throughout. One of Duke’s best qualities is his disposition. He has the most gentle demeanor, meets you at the gate, loves attention, and wants to be with you. Duke is a seasoned trail horse that has been rode in all types of terrain including the mountains. He will go where he’s asked, crosses water, logs, and will go up or down the steepest hills. He has confident footing as well as no spook. Duke is also a great addition to any ranch. I’ve used him out checking cattle and mares as well as fence lines. He rides out great by himself or with a group and stands great if you need to get off and on to fix something. Atlas is a stout built Bay Tobiano Draftcross Gelding, standing 15.2hh, he is 5 years old and is absolutely stunning to look at! Atlas has been with us since March of 2022 and has completed our natural horsemanship program. Atlas is trained to lay down for mounting and discounting. He also will set on him his rump like a dog.
