The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived… the donkeys are HOME!

Stella, Aims, and their mamas, Esther and Mae Bell, have officially settled in at Razor Creek — and let’s just say, it’s already pure cuteness overload.

I hope everyone’s ready, because your feeds are about to be completely taken over by baby donkey videos and pictures. You’ve been warned!

Because apparently a never ending “to do” list, limitless chaos, and zero free time just wasn’t enough… we’ve decided to add miniature donkeys to the mix at Razor Creek!

Between our real jobs, feeding, mucking, bailing our own hay, nonstop repairs, and everything else that come with operating a horse barn, what’s one more responsibility that brays at you for snacks, right? Honestly, at this point, we’re just leaning into the crazy.

Bought this sweet boy at auction last week and we still haven’t settled on a name. He is a 7yr old gelding and about 13 hands. He was brought in with no name at the auction. We have tried calling him a view different things but nothing seems to stick. For a reference, I have another pony named Kidd (Lemon Drop Kid - 1950’s Gangster movie) Hints some of the gangster and outlaw options.

So, this pony needs a final name!!!!!

Razor Creek Stables is excited to announce our Horse Experience! This activity allows children to get up close to horses. This is for horse lovers under the age of 10. Your child will learn to groom a pony and enjoy a guided pony ride through our beautiful Razor Creek property. This experience will allow your little one to connect with our ponies and enjoy the great outdoors. Grooming will last 15 minutes and guided ride will be a 30 minute guided ride. The pony ride is a safe and enjoyable experience. Children are securely seated on a small, gentle pony using a properly fitted saddle and helmet. An experienced handler walks alongside, leading the pony with a lead line to ensure full control at all times. The route is calm and scenic, allowing the child to enjoy the gentle motion of the pony while feeling confident and supported. This is perfect for building confidence and comfort around horses.
