Since we lost our land lease for our veggies we’ve been working on some new things. We’re still going to grow, but our focus will be to grow ingredients to be used in our breads and pastries. This is a simple sourdough boule, and we are still working to adapt our recipes for Freshly Milled, chemical free, Wheat & Ancient Grains. Please stay tuned for further updates.
