As a reminder please make sure you are writing your appointments down! There is a 30 cancellation fee that has to be paid before you can rebook if you no show, no call or don’t cancel within 24 hours. We can not fill your spot so I loose money and don’t make nothing unless your showing up the economy is too rough for anyone not to be acting like an adult and having common courtesy. You guys will not cuss us out anymore over this I’ve said this time and time again! To the ones who are absolutely following and doing what you need to we appreciate you more than you know!!!! ❤️❤️

Okay just a heads up it’s Holiday season!!! Grooming can potentially take longer than normal please don’t blow our phones up we will call you as soon as ur baby is ready! We are working hard! Also when we call you please remember to pick ur dogs asap we need the spaces and can not hold ur pet there will be a fee added if u can not pick ur pet up in a timely manor. Also please be respectful of our time when we say we close we are closed pick ur pet, up from here on out if u can not be on time we will charge a 25 fee. Thanks

We are saddened by the news about one of our dear customers passing . I’m truly heartbroken and stunned words can’t describe it. Mrs. Meriweather we send our condolences. Mark was one hell of a guy he would light up our shop when he walked in cutting up with us. The way he talked about you, his kids, grandbabies he absolutely adored you. He will be dearly missed here! If you find it in your hearts there is a go fund me up anything helps!

Quick reminder for pet parents!

Holidays are here and I know you all are going to want to get your dogs groomed. PLEASE start scheduling your appointments now! Don’t wait until the day or even week before to try and make an appointment. Don’t get mad at us when we can’t schedule you in on the day you wanted either. You had time to schedule!

We try our best to get in as many people as possible before the holidays, but unfortunately there’s only so many we can do in a day and only so many we can do before the holiday!

Again, start scheduling all your holiday grooming appointments now! It makes things easier for everyone!

So just an update… we will start excepting credit cards soon with that being said you will have to pay sale taxes, and a card fee. There will be a deposit required going forward if no show or don’t call within 24 hours to reschedule you will be marked down and will not be allowed to reschedule u will have to be a same day appointment. There will not be disputes as I’ll stop cards immediately . Cards will be kept on file and if u don’t show for an appointment u will be charged a 30 fee because I’m sick putting people off for people making appointments and not showing. this will be a trial basics. Also if the making appointments and not showing continues I’ll have to start requiring deposits, even if you pay cash u will have to run the cash here before we book u. I’m sorry to the ones who are faithful but there have been several weeks where it wasn’t even worth my time to come in . I don’t get paid unless u show! Also picking up when we tell u is a must! There will be a 25 dollar fee if I have to sit here and babysit ur furkids please be respectful of our time! If these rules u don’t like I suggest u still pay in cash! Thank you

Taking a customer poll!!! If you could change one thing here at the shop what would it be? It can’t be hours or prices sorry I’m a mom of 4 and inflation is hurting everyone ! One thing I’d change is communication! A lot of people do NOT do that with us. In order to have a customer/groomer relationship u have to communicate if ur not happy give someone the opportunity to fix what ur not happy with!
