I’m still not breeding anymore, but I wanted to post some of my babies to say hi to everyone that’s still following!

I’m now down to 4 female rats & 1 male rat 😩 My two & a half year old agouti male Charlie (2nd photo) passed away last month, so Jasper’s going to be needing a new friend. 🥺

All of the mice from my lines have lived out their lives with me, so my current mouse is not one that I produced. He’s still new, so there will be more photos of him hopefully if I can remember to post more.

I’m still getting a lot more messages than I can keep up with for some reason 😅 I am still not actively breeding at this time & will not be for the foreseeable future, so I do NOT have any available mice at this time. I will update when/if that changes.

Just wanted to make a quick post since I’ve been getting bombarded with too many messages to keep up with here lately 😅

I am not currently breeding & I do not currently have the time to do so, so there will be no new mice. I’m not sure when or if I will resume breeding, but for now I am planning to sell quite a bit of the mice I do have left. The youngest are around 4 months old. If you are interested I need solid plans to meet for pick up because I need what I have available gone.

I don’t have the time to take photos of every single mouse like I used to. I know everyone wants to see them all, but I am working a 10.5 hour night shift 4 days a week & I am exhausted. I haven’t had much energy to deal with much of anything lately so I’d like to get the extra weight off my shoulders & know these sweet babies are in loving homes with all the treats & toys they could ever want.

Since I’ve had a few new people message me, I just wanted to make a post again. If you weren’t aware, I have moved from Texas back to Kentucky. I do not have any new availability & will not for a while. I stopped breeding in preparation for the move & there will be no babies until I am settled again. The only mice I will have available will be adults that I have decided I no longer wish to hold onto to make more room or cut down on my stock.

My pricing will also be changing due to my location & the lack of variety available near me & the time/effort I’ve put into building my lines over the past year.

In addition, I am doing away with my waitlists. What I have available is what I have available & I will not hold or reserve anything without payment. I’ve had too many instances of people “reserving” mice & then never arranging pickup only to cancel, causing others to miss out.

I will continue to replace my mice for free in the event that something unexpected happens (sudden death, illness, etc.) after their adoption, however if you fail to properly quarantine (2 weeks minimum) your mouse/mice you will have to pay for a replacement if you desire one & you forfeit a refund. Quarantine is necessary regardless of where you obtain your rodents because illnesses such as URI’s can be brought on by stress from travel, new environments, etc.

All Angoras — $12 each
All Satins — $12 each
Yellow Merles — $15 each
Chocolate Merles — $12 each (+ $3 if texel)
Black Merles — $12 each (+ $3 if texel)
Siamese/Tricolors/Splash — $12 each (+ $3 if texel)
All other standard varieties — $10 each / $25 per trio

Show Type — $15 each
(From my black line — Black Self, Chocolate Self, Siamese Sealpoint crossed with black to darken points, Blue Burmese when they pop up, Recessive Yellow when they pop up)

My sweet little brindle girl Ellie went to be with her sister Tipsy in mousey heaven this morning. 🥺 She was also a year & a half old. Now I just have Bunny & Minnie left from my original group of four girls.

NEEDS A HOME THIS WEEK‼️

My cranky grandpa rat Hershey still needs to find a new home within the next 2 weeks! I’m running out of time & do not have space to continue to keep him separated due to his hormonal aggression that developed in his older age. If I wasn’t having a sudden & unexpected move I absolutely would not be looking for a new home for him.

*Would be more well suited to an ADULT owner with some experience with rats. I wouldn’t trust him around children since he has a tendency to sn**ch treats.*

Also, just wanted to put it out there that NONE of my animals are to be used as feeders under any circumstances.

Finally sharing this guy since his points came in & I can tell for sure what he is now. I’d been thinking blue point Siamese for a while, but I’ve never produced one up to this point. After digging into his dad’s genetic background it’s definitely possible. I’ve never wanted to work with blue point Siamese, but he’s my first Siamese texel, so he’ll be a great start. He’s still absolutely gorgeous even for something I wouldn’t normally work with. 😆🐁

Sybil had her beans yesterday (2 days ahead of schedule) thank goodness 🙌🏼 Let’s hope I got some more good chocolates & maybe another blue Burmese so I don’t have to kiss those projects goodbye 🥲 I’m already losing so much because I’m having to move & it’s really sad

RIP to my little Tipsy / Tippy Toes 🐁❤️ You were the best girl for the last year & half. She was my second female mouse from a pet store (before I moved to place where I was able to find breeders & begin breeding myself).

I’ve had a lot of people ask me about doing introductions & what to expect after picking up their mice this week. One of my original pet store girls passed away today at 1.5 years old, so now I’m introducing her other elderly friends & her sister into my big group of girls to make things easier for this move. There’s been a few little squeaks, but so far it’s going exactly how you’d want an intro to go. Lots of sniffing & everyone coming to say hi. A few little chases, but nothing aggressive.

*Ignore my boyfriends voice 🙃*

Posting as a dual post to Instagram since I’ve only posted on Facebook, but I will be moving next month! I will no longer be in Texas. 😩 If you know me, you know I’m originally from Kentucky. I will be moving to West Virginia for a year, then eventually back to Kentucky after that. I’m going to miss my mouse people here! 🐁💔

I’m also potentially looking for a new home for my boy Hershey. He is almost 2 years old & he has become too aggressive towards my other males in his old age to be kept with them any longer. I really don’t want to part with him, but having to have another separate bin for a single rat is going to take up a lot of space. 😩 If I can’t find a home, I obviously won’t leave my boy behind, but I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in him just in case. I feel like a 15 hour car ride will be very stressful for him by himself. He’s kind of a cranky old man, but you can win him over easily with treats. He’s also very shy because he did come from a feeder bin so he was never handled as a baby & was a very underweight 6 month old before I took him in over a year & a half ago. I’d definitely want to see updates on my boy going forward. He may do fine if you have young males you could introduce to him, he just has issues with other adult males.

Sorry for the delay on mouse photos! A friend came over last night for a few hours so photos got put off. 😂

There are FAR TOO MANY mice to be posted to my website, so I’m just going to post them in a single post on this page when I’m able to & you can all pick through. I do have a few breeders interested, so if you’re just looking for pets, breeders are going to get priority on some of the younger mice so that they’re still able to be safely bred. I do have quite a few retired females as well that need new homes to live out their days in. These will rage from 6 months to a year old. I’ll try to get to everyone as fast as possible, but I’ll be working all day today & then back to trying to do photos tonight & answering all the messages from yesterday & today.

There will be NO NEW LITTERS, so what I’ve got is what I’ve got. I have two pregnant does, but their babies will be born sometime this week & wont be ready to leave moms before my move. I had already ceased any new pairings to prepare for what was supposed to be my trip home, & I definitely will not be doing any more pairings until we have moved, if that is the case, which it seems more than likely it will be.

🚨 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! 🚨

I learned yesterday that there is a possibility I may be moving again! I find out for sure in a couple of days, but in the meantime I’m going to be getting rid of at least half of my breeding stock to help make this process easier on myself & everyone involved. If there’s anything you’re interested in, MESSAGE ME ASAP! After Tuesday of this week, anything that is not reserved will be gone!
