I hate to post this but I haven't any choice.
I am very carefully looking for a loving home for my 'puppy', Sydney, due to my ill health.
*Sydney is a red and white Pembroke Welsh Corgi (full blooded). *He is 9 years old, well behaved, and of course housebroken and neutered.
*He's quiet and at his age low energy. He'd be happy with just a yard to go out to, as long as it is fenced.
*He is scared of other dogs so he needs a home without dogs. *Small children and lots of noise makes him nervous. He likes kitties but I'm not sure he wouldn't chase them sometimes so that wouldn't be good for the kitty, even tho he'd mean no harm.
*He's loyal, chubby and a wonderful companion. He doesn't get up on the furniture. Only requires love, food, water, love and some more love. He likes to take short walks if you are predisposed that way.
*He likes to go bye bye, walks well on a leash, asks to go out. He loves the snow but like most Corgis not the heat of summer.
*He listens, and was trained by someone else to sit. I suppose he might remember 'sit' but I don't believe in making a dog sit for no reason - they aren't performers for our entertainment.
*He has a better attitude than I do; he tries hard to please and has a sweet way of cocking his head when he's trying to understand what you're saying.
*I can tell you more about him, but those are the highlights.

I simply can't walk him (no yard, we live in an apartment) anymore due to age and infirmity. Otherwise, I would never consider this but for his sake I have to make sure he is well established and loved before something happens to me.

Sydney is my 5th corgi. He's much like the rest of his breed but he doesn't have a strong urge to herd (which is good unless you're a cow or sheep). He listens, he's affectionate, he is careful not to let his human get hurt or be victimized. He rides well in the car (sleeps alot but likes to hang out the window for a couple of minutes too). He likes men and women equally.
