Meet Goober: A story of resilience and hope.
In the face of overwhelming capacity issues at shelters like Louisville Metro Animal Services, many dogs, including Goober, are in need of second chances and community support.
Goober was returned to Louisville Metro Animal Services after a brief adoption due to his owner's changing schedule, which caused him deep distress and anxiety.
Fortunately, Micah, a compassionate client of TPSCC, stepped in to foster Goober and provide him with a loving environment where he's begun to regain his joyful spirit.
To assist Goober in finding his forever home and alleviate pressure on shelters, TPSCC is giving Goober a 4-week Board and Train program with our skilled dog trainer, Beck. This program will not only boost Goober's confidence but also prepare him for a successful adoption.
Goober is looking for a home without small children and no cats. He's neutered, fully vaccinated, potty trained, and microchipped—ready to be someone's loyal companion. He adores cuddling, giving kisses, going for pup-cup rides, and showing off his impressive zoomies skills.
