Because of our quarantine process and the veterinary oversight of our animals, we are confidently rolling out a new policy at Pets Palace. All livestock comes with a 7 day health guarantee. We stand behind our animals and want you to feel confident with your new purchase. Fish need a water sample that must test within the proper parameters. More details available in store.

Tuesday, January 7th we are back to regular hours, 10-6. We are well stocked and ready for you! If you are sensitive to cold or have anything going on where you shouldnt get out of your car, please call the store when you arrive and we will accommodate you with curbside service.
