With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Marty McFly, a sweet and brave little kitten who fought valiantly against the odds. Marty was a foster kitten who came into our care with a severe case of calicivirus, which developed into a secondary upper respiratory infection. His journey was filled with veterinary visits, medication, and a lot of love, as we did everything we could to help him heal.

Marty’s journey was also unique. Due to ulcers on his tongue, he couldn’t latch to a bottle or ni**le, so he had to be bottle-fed and, eventually, tube-fed. Despite the best efforts of his dedicated fosters and the wonderful veterinarians who cared for him, Marty passed away, leaving a hole in our hearts.

Marty’s siblings, Lorraine and Biff, are strong and healthy, continuing to thrive in their foster care. Marty’s short life touched us deeply, and his courage will always be remembered.

While we mourn the loss of this brave little soul, we also want to honor his memory by ensuring his vet bills are covered. If you can, please consider donating to help with the medical expenses Marty’s care required. Your generosity will not only help cover his bills but will also provide the necessary resources for Lorraine and Biff to continue their journey to health.

Thank you for your support during this difficult time. Donations can be made through our website: https://orphankittens.org/donate/
