We have happy news to share! Over the past few years a few of our birds have passed away and we only had Lemonade remaining. She loves other birds and was lonely being a solo bird. We found someone that recently had a bird pass and also had a solo bird. We made the tough decision to let Lemon go to her home where she can be with another bird and that was definitely the right decision. Although we miss her, we know she is living her best life. Thank you for loving her with us over the years!

Season's Greetings!                       

Every year we host a Donation Drive for a local animal rescue/organization and this year we have selected Louisville Metro Animal Services/ Animal House.

LMAS serves as an authority in domestic animal welfare by creating and preserving a safe and humane community for both people and domesticated animals. LMAS strives to eliminate the euthanasia of adoptable animals in Louisville Metro through education, community engagement, enforcement and leadership efforts.

LMAS found homes for 2,639 animals in 2023.

In 2023, LMAS reunited over 1,200 animals with their families.

Homeless pets sent to rescue organizations never have to come back to the shelter again. sent 961 pets to rescue in 2023.

LMAS placed more than 1,400 shelter pets in Foster homes until they could be adopted or transferred to a rescue in 2023.

Visit us at our new address, 4227 Poplar Level Road Louisville, KY 40213, during office hours to drop off donations. We will accept donations through the end of the year.

Thank you so much for participating in our donation drive. We are impressed year after year by the generosity of our clients.
