Hello from the Sun Circuit Show in Arizona! ☀️ I’m having a great time taking care of horses in between classes! Tuna loved getting some hamstring work after working hard yesterday. Check out those releases!! (Yawn, third eyelid, lick/chew) ❤️❤️

Nothing makes me happier than hearing happy reviews from my clients! It is incredible to see the before and after in horses. Before the massage we noticed that Tommy was very sore and reactive on the caudal aspect of his longissimus dorsi. After massage treatment tonight he did not react to palpation on in the area at all! I’m so thankful to be a part of making these animals happy and healthy! Enjoy your rides this week Tommy and Ann Marie!

Many of us understand the importance of bodywork when our horses/mules are being used or shown regularly but did you know that equines can benefit greatly from regular massage during off times? Just like humans, being more sedentary can lead to tightness, stiffness, and pain. I’m so grateful to work with sweet Millie regularly so that she always feels her best! ❤️

I’ve been reminded lately about how valuable quiet moments with a horse are. Moments where you just stand together, no agenda. It’s amazing how refreshing it feels to slow down and remember why I fell in love with horses in the first place. After spending some quality time with this sweet boy he had the best reactions to his massage that I’ve ever seen from him. It was such a good reminder that massage is so much more than a physical modality. It’s about connection. If you have a chance to just go “be” with your horse today, I highly recommend it 😊

The weather outside hasn’t been very pleasant (to say the least) 🥶🥶 but I’m so glad to still be able to provide my horse clients with massages! This time of year can be hard on both humans and horses. Massage can help! I love seeing the change in horses, both physically and mentally, through the massage process. Thanks for being such a sweet boy today Tommy! ❤️🐴

It’s been a very long, cold, December 🥶 but horse show season is only a few weeks away! 🎉🎉🎉I am so excited! massage can be a great addition to your routine when getting horses back in shape or to keep them preforming optimally before, during, or after shows.
