'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring - not even a mouse!
Except for sweet Jack who continues to look.
There must be a good ending to his little book!

Jack is still looking for a more permanent foster or adoptive home. At 11 years old, he is a happy, loving boy who deserves a special family. Jack would be happy with a walking companion or a couch potato - he's not particular! Please - no cats, small animals, or male dogs.

Please contact [email protected] for more information.

Can someone please help this Christmas-overloaded brain of mine? What is the name of the book that deals with introducing new babies to our "spots? Thank you!

Still looking for the unicorn foster for this sweet senior boy. Must be someone out there who has some extra love and space for a boy who's been neglected for a long time. Please contact [email protected] for more information. He's such a love! and just wants to be close to you.

Sweet senior male (Jack) is in need of a new foster or adoptive home - he just doesn't have enough room with me. Jack is about 10 years old, very cuddly, and loves attention. For an old boy, he is very energetic and loves to go for walks as well as to find a "sunshine spot" in the back yard for perfect naps. Jack's ideal home would include adults and older teens, no male dogs, and no cats. He would do best with someone who has patience and a positive approach as he needs to learn some manners, including leash manners. Jack is crate trained and sleeps and eats in his crate. He can get a little vocal about being in the crate during the day (when you're not home to supervise) but sleeps well through the night. Jack would do well in a large yard for exploring. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and recently wormed. Jack doesn't like cars or trucks on his street, nor motorcycles, people walking dogs, or just about anything that makes a noise. He is the greatest watch dog. Although in his twilight years, he still has lots of life and energy to give his new family. If you love the seniors (and what's not to love?), Jack may be the best addition to your family for Christmas this year. Jack's suggested adoption donation is $300. Please contact [email protected] to meet this extraordinary dog.

Daisy has a new "furever" home in San Antonio. Is anyone making the trek from Colorado Springs to San Antonio or vicinity over the next few days and have room for a very nice "spot" in your vehicle? She'll come with a crate, leashes, and food for the trip. She has a very anxious family waiting for her in San Antonio. Can you help get her there? Contact [email protected].
