Meet Benny. He's a quiet, handsome senior gentleman with a story of resilience and a heart full of love to give. At 14 years old, he's a tripod—a three-legged wonder who doesn't let anything slow him down. He’s simply looking for the peaceful, quiet comfort of a forever home where he can relax and enjoy his golden years.
Benny's favorite pastimes include:
Watching the world from a window.
Curling up on a warm lap for endless cuddles.
Engaging in gentle pets and head scratches.
Offering a soft purr to let you know you are loved.
He has a truly sweet and gentle disposition, but he's most comfortable in a quiet home with patient adults or older teenagers who understand and respect his calm demeanor. He isn't a fan of the chaos that comes with young children, dogs, or other aggressive cats, and he’s hoping to find a place where he can be the center of attention and affection.
Benny is a gentle soul who has so much love to share with the right person. If you have a quiet home and a warm lap to offer, you will be rewarded with a deeply grateful and devoted companion.

This little kitten, Azariel, came in for her very first visit with us! She had so much confidence. She also fell in love with the basket we keep in the room, especially when a pillow was there to create a "cave". Here she is at home with her own pillows. How cute! In addition to finding caves wherever she goes, she helps her mom with her job as her helpful little assistant.

This is Daphne. She came in to our clinic to recheck some diagnostics and her reward was her favorite treat: a Churu! She was searching for them the entire time, talking to us and asking nicely for them. She enjoyed her treat so much, she was closing her eyes. Delicious Churu!

CHARLIE UPDATE: Charlie has been doing so well adjusting to living indoors in his foster home. He is social, allows handling, and loves to play. He would thrive as an indoor-only cat with lots of attention or with a cat companion. It is so nice seeing Charlie come out of his shell. He is quite a lover. He would make a great companion. Some of Charlie’s favorite activities are playing with his catnip toys, using his scratching posts, getting skin scratches, and looking out the window. Charlie would do best living in a home with adult companions and no children. He is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.

PLEASE SEE OUR UPDATED POST!!!

Meet Charlie. Charlie is a special cat who is in need of a special home. He is a one-year-old, microchipped, neutered male. He is not a cat that would be happy living indoors only. Charlie does not like to be picked up and he can overreact when there is too much stimulation. He is sweet and loves to be petted. He startles and scares easily since he has been a stray. Do you know someone with a barn that is looking to hire a cat like Charlie? He is a very sweet cat. He would be great at lounging on a cozy spot in a barn or on someone’s patio as an indoor/outdoor cat. We are unsure if he has any hunting skills but he is so cute you may not notice him slacking. He would love a chance at adopting a caring, adult family who will love him forever. Please call us if you have any interest in giving Charlie a forever home.

🌿🐾 This past weekend, the For The Love of Cats Veterinary Clinic team took a little break from the clinic to explore the Denver Botanical Gardens — and it was absolutely beautiful! 💐☀️

From the vibrant blooms to the peaceful paths, it was the perfect spot to recharge and enjoy a bit of nature together. We had a blast soaking in the scenery and spending time as a team outside the exam room!
