Laplop Rabbitry We breed show and breeding quality American Fuzzy Lops and English Angoras LapLop Rabbitry is located in Northern Colorado and is managed by Linda Hibbert.

We raise show and breeding quality Holland lops and American fuzzy Lops. Occasionally some are available to qualified breeders or exhibitors. Additionally we mentor new breeders, encourage youth, especially 4-H and FFA and offer educational support in the fine art of showing rabbits.

Its been an interesting couple of days. The wildfire is spreading fast. CJ whose property is up the canyon is fully evacuated with the fire about 1/4 mile from him. However the fire needs to cross the river and the highway, so maybe the structures will be safe! At one point we loaded up 4 horses to take to Evacuation center, only to be turned away since we are not under mandatory evacuation. But everything is ready should we need to get out of here. The fire is now around 4000 acres and 0% contained. Daily temps are about 100 degrees, low humidity, but so far not much wind! Our river property, where the wedding was last year, is under mandatory evacuation, as well. Our home is still miles away - We should be safe!

This stunning doe is 10 months old, registered and simply amazing! Gorgeous shake and show coat, perfect HEC, deep in the shoulders and great HQ. She has not been bred yet, due to my limited cage space, but is ready for that - or take her to all the fall shows! Definitely ready for that. New projects at LapLop Rabbitry, require more cage space! My loss is your gain. I am posting several that were slated for Convention this year. I just don't have enough room to hold until then. Therefore, the posts will feature top notch show rabbits. I canNOT hold until Convention... please have some idea how this rabbit will get from Colorado to your rabbitry.

Last Minute Hitch Hikers to Coldwater Michigan. American Fuzzy Lop Nationals. May 25 These youngsters are not yet show stoppers. But they will be! HUNKY DORY and CHABLIS two very cute junior sable point does, JALOPY broken sable point buck and TATTLETALE just turned senior black tort doe. RUMMY - Broken red buck (Booted?) Stellar body and head from the red program - (Booted classification may keep him from the show table, but he has everything else)

BAMBOO - Broken tort junior doe Beautifully bodied larger doe, probably a false dwarf but very useful in a breeding program
PEDALPUSHER - F1 Fuzzy Holland As much as I hate it, this FH could be competitive. Broken Chestnut junior doe
WHILLAKERS - Half butterfly on this young buck makes him adorable, but beyond that he is well balanced and very well bred. Will likely be a smaller buck
HEAVENSTOBETSY - Super cute orange doe, small with a chinchilla sire - could be useful in a FROSTY program
CHABLIS - Cute! Sable Point jr Doe - She was a ;sleeper' sort of ordinary but correct enough - Still not plucked, so ugly at the moment but she is showing a lot of promise now - short, balanced and great little ears.

Amazing chestnut Giant Angora buck looking for a new show home. 3 months old, 7 # LAPLOPS TETON is a magnificent combination of Bishop/Shaw bloodlines and Tammy Vaughns' lines. I will probably kick myself for letting him go. Wide Shouldrs, excellent body and the coat looks amazing with great rings. I will show him in WCC and could take him to AFL Nationals the end of May.
