This morning, Cincinnati Animal CARE deputies were dispatched to Westwood Northern Boulevard for a dog that was hit by a car, while trying to cross the road. We arrived to find a large, male dog with a tan and red striped collar, lying in the bushes on the side of the road. Unfortunately, there are no tags and the dog is not microchipped.

We immediately transported him to CARE for an evaluation by our medical team. ๐“๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ฆ๐š๐ฅ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐ž ๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐š๐ค ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž๐๐ข๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฒ. This snuggly gentle girl needs someone to love. Is that you?

Mable is 8 years old. A senior dog, who has spent her entire middle age in a cage in a shelter, with no family.

Our hearts ache for this girl, a staff and volunteer favorite who is a gentle, snuggly dog.

Please, help us - this girl needs a family. 3 years is far, far too long to be without someone to love you.

Meet Rosie!!

Rosie is the sweetest girl!

Even though she is a puppy she does know basic commands, gets along great with other dogs and even cats! She is still shy around new people and around fast movements but once she warms up to you. She will be your best friend and follow you everywhere. She loves to play but she also loves just to lay on the couch and cuddle.

She would be the perfect puppy for any family, she deserves the best and anyone would be lucky to have her.

All HART dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines, including bordatella and rabies. They are heartworm tested and on preventative for heartworm, fleas, and ticks. We have had SO many inquiries about handsome Hank!

This amazing boy has aced his foster stays; he's beloved by our field trippers; he's a rockstar at adoption events.

He's good with other dogs; housebroken; and a total lovebug with people. Everyone falls for him immediately!

But for pete's sake, NOBODY HAS ADOPTED HIM YET!

Stop the insanity.
