Good morning everyone! With closing of Bark Off Dog Salon on June 15th I have no room to reschedule anyone for missed or cancelled appointments, my schedule is completely booked up and I have absolutely no room to get anyone rescheduled. If you have a reoccurring appt with me you will have to wait for that next appt to come in.

Im sorry for the inconveniences this causes but also this puts me in a bind as well.

I haven't had a chance to talk to all of my clients yet but most of you have started hearing that I will be closing up Bark Off Dog Salon in June, my family and I will be moving to Las Cruces. Everyone's appt up until June 15th will stay the same after that I won't be here to groom anymore.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this will cause my clients but at this time this is what is best for my family school and career wise. I love each and every one of y'all very much, I've been grooming most of my clients for almost 8 years this breaks my heart but I hope everyone understands.

Good evening!

It's been a busy season, for which I am very thankful for, but unfortunately I have had a ton of no shows and late cancellations. I understand that emergencies come up or we are busy and just lose track of time. Since this has become such an issue lately I have written out a contract that everyone will have to sign and I will keep on file.

I run my business as best as I can with as few guidelines to follow as possible but I can't do that anymore. I hope you all can understand where I am coming from.

So starting the beginning of the year as everyone starts coming in for appts I will go over the contract as quickly as possible so it can be signed.

I love each and every one of my clients dearly including the 2 legged ones as well 😉. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season. ❤️

Good morning everyone!

As we come into the new year some new policy's will be put in place starting January 1st.

1. I have a 15 minute late policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appt will be cancelled and you will be required to pay a no show, that will be half of your grooming total. My schedule is stacked so I can continue to be a one on one groomer for your animals, I love having a calm quiet environment and so do they. The less chaotic the better for them and makes their time with me more enjoyable.

2. All new clients will be required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. This is just reassurance for me that you will show for your appt. The deposit is non transferable and non refundable. The deposit does go towards your groom.

3. If you no show more than 2 times I will no longer book appts unless you pay the no show fee as stated above and for the full future groom. My time is just as important as yours.

As most of my amazing clients already know I am not currently working on any dogs over 40lbs as I am currently pregnant and due in May. I will be starting my maternity leave mid April so please make your appts ahead of time if you are not on a reoccurring appt. I will hopefully be back in the shop mid June or beginning of July!

I want to thank everyone for the amazing support over this last year. This was the first full year that Bark Off Dog Salon has been open and it went amazingly ❤️🥰.

Please if your dog or cat has an upset stomach, diarrhea or vomiting, or just doesn't feel well please please reschedule your appt. Being here getting groomed does not make them feel good, it makes them feel worse and stresses them out. You wouldnt go get your hair or nails done if you were feeling the same way.

Please be kind to the small amount of groomers that we have in town. I cannot speak for all groomers in our area but I will speak for myself.

I am no longer taking on any dogs over 80lbs, after that it is no longer safe for me or the pups as I do work alone and don't have an extra set of hands to help out if the dog gets scared and jumps off the table. I can hurt myself or the pup can get hurt. So unfortunately I had to stop grooming giant breeds.😢 it is not something that I wanted to do but needed to be done for safety.

Also please be kind since we do have a small amount of groomers in our area we are booked out quite a ways out, I'm booked out till August. So please bare with us as the amount of groomers to pups that need us is insane. We wish we could get them all in quickly but its just not possible. We are people too and we do not deserve to be treated any less. We love our clients and their pups like they are our own and we want to be alert and not burned out so we can be on our toes so nothing happens with them in our care as they get a pampered.

I love all my amazingly kind and patient clients and their awesome puppers. Thank you guys so much for understanding.❤❤❤

Good morning!!! Bark Off now offers teeth cleaning. This will be very minimal with only scaling canines and brushing their teeth. This DOES NOT replace getting routine teeth cleaning by the vet.
