It was a beautiful fall day today and Barley enjoyed a lovely walk on our trail, he’s a great companion who walks well on on leash, no pulling, pauses to gaze up at you and also gives gentle kisses. If you have not met Barley what are you waiting for, come visit him tomorrow! We are open to the public from 1-4 PM stop by and meet Barley and the other dogs or cats ☺️🐾💕

Happy Halloween from Tye🧡
He was SO happy to be dressed up in a Halloween sweater, he’s always looking for ways to connect and make his human friends happy! 🧡

He did surprise us by taking the initiative to step up to smell the flowers. Maybe he sensed I needed a new photo opportunity! 🙄👻

He’s SO POSITIVE and he’s the kindest boy, he’s also incredibly patient! He’s been waiting almost two years for his family to find him. Come out and meet Tye today or share with your friends and family 👻🍁🐾🦄🧡

The countdown is on! 🐶🐱🎉 Get your tickets and bring your friends! Don’t forget your raffle tickets for the 1967 Classic Convertible Mustang! We are looking forward to celebrating 20 years of caring for the animal of Nelson County with you!
What to expect:
🍽️ A fabulous night starting with a buffet style dinner that will include vegan options. 🥃🍺🍷Cocktails, wine, beer and of course cider!
🎁 Don’t miss the silent auction table!
We’ll have music during cocktail and dinner time, then we’ll have a brief introduction, some important acknowledgments and a some great news to share. 📜📯
And we will be dancing the night away to The Leroy Burks Band 💃🏻🕺🏻🎸🪕
What to wear: Whatever you feel fabulous in! Break out the cocktail dresses and suits or your fanciest denim! Party wraps at 10pm!

Zucchini tested positive for FIP a few weeks back. Before this year there was no hope for FIP felines. But our very own Zucchini is on the new treatment and is doing AMAZING!!

Thank you ALL of our supporters with out you Zucchini would not be with us and look how handsome our boy is. Your donations help save lives and with out your support we cannot save more.
