Offering colt-starting from the ground up and located in Loxahatchee Groves at R&R Stables, hit us up if you want your horse to be like Dollie and liberty-lunge herself into the weekend. 🐴🦄

Turns out you can teach old dogs (and horses) new tricks! This sweet, 20-year-old OTTB still battles fear of the little things (for example, being tied in certain places, being left alone, his imagination…). All of that is compounded by the fact that he’s blind in his right eye. I’ve been trying to connect with him, help him relax and urge him to trust me, and it’s been such a cool blessing to see him open up and “choose me” after a few weeks of liberty work. We still have a long way to go, and I’d like to eventually see him feel comfortable enough to trot in a closer circumference around me, but praise God for all the little victories along the way. Fun fact: this is his blind side! That’s what I call a good listener 👂🏼 #horsetraining #libertytraining #ottb
