California’s wildfires have left families shattered, homes destroyed, and countless dogs stranded in danger. Shelters are overflowing, and many of these innocent animals face the heartbreaking possibility of being abandoned or euthanized. Meet Phoenix. A bulldog who came to us from Broward County at just 25lbs, hanging on by a thread. Phoenix was on the brink of death, not knowing if the next day would be his last. His body was broken, his soul begging for a chance—but there was a fight in him. A fight we will never give up on.

Phoenix is living proof of what reckless breeding does to innocent lives. Used and discarded when he no longer had value, left to suffer and fend for himself in the cruelest of circumstances. Unfortunately, Phoenix is one of the lucky ones. So many others aren’t as fortunate—too many have passed before their time, discarded like they were nothing. 💔

We refuse to let this happen any longer. The time to act is now. We cannot wait for tomorrow, for someone else to do it. It’s time to end the cycle of cruelty. It's time to speak up for the dogs who never made it out.

This is Snow White! ❄️🐾 She is a 1-year-old Shepherd who is ready to find her happily ever after! Snow White loves the water, enjoys her toys, and is great on a leash. She’s also a well-mannered girl who knows her basic commands and gets along well with other dogs—usually if they are about her size of around 50lbs. 🐶💕

Snow White was rescued from the Redlands, one of the most notorious areas for dog dumping. Oh, and did we mention she’s a supermom? When she came to us, Snow White was pregnant with 5 pups. Now that they’ve all found their forever homes, it’s her time to shine! 🌟

I was rescued from Ft. Myers, Florida after Hurricane Ian, and now I’m safe and sound at Big Dog Ranch Rescue, looking for my perfect furever home. 🏡💙

I’m not a fan of loud, scary situations, so I’d do best in a home with no young kids. I get along well with my doggie roommates, but I can be a bit selective about who I share my space with—I'm definitely the one who likes to be in charge! 🐾

I’m a little bossy with other dogs (no bossy dogs for me, please!) and would rather not play with little dogs since I like to chase small animals.
